Last night I had ganache success! Look at all the whipped chocolate delicious...
So I filled the cake. Here it is part-way through the process...
I now have a problem: a really big, really rich cake that we can't eat by ourselves.
Won't you consider dropping by tonight for a slice? After 8? Please? I'm kind of sick looking at the thing--it's too much! We're open late.

Mmm, if I were in Utah I'd so be at your house right now. Instead I'm going to eat the arroz con leche that's sitting in my fridge. That was our FHE treat last night and it took all my self control not to eat the entire pan last night.
